Return Policy: Due to product liability we cannot accept returns if Ladder-shoe has been installed. If Ladder-shoe does not fit your ladder and you would like to return the product, please email us.
Warranty: Laddershoe's limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days. If your product has a defect, please do not use it and contact Laddershoe immediately for a refund or replacement.
This warranty does not include defects caused by misuse, improper installation and or operation, or normal wear and tear.
